If a Focus book does not help you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Write to us through the contact page with the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
Group and school orders can be refunded within 14 days if the files have not yet been shared with students.
If a file will not open or a link has expired, use resend my downloads or contact us and we will fix it.
